Terms of Use for Ticket Purchase and Event Entry


By purchasing tickets for this event, you agree to the following Terms of Use:

1. E-Ticket and Entry Policy

  • Your E-Ticket serves as your entry pass to the event. Entry will not be permitted without a valid E-Ticket.
  • Tickets are issued for the personal use of the purchaser and their guests only. Tickets may not be resold or transferred without prior approval (see section 5).

2. Non-Refundable Policy and Booking Changes

  • All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable.
  • If you need to update the name on your booking, please contact us at info@shine.net.
  • In the event of cancellation where refunds are issued, only the face value of the ticket will be refunded. Booking and transaction fees are non-refundable.

3. Multiple Ticket Bookings

  • If multiple tickets have been purchased under one booking, each individual must present their own E-Ticket at the point of entry.
  • It is the responsibility of the purchaser to distribute each ticket to the appropriate attendees in advance.
  • We strongly recommend that all members of a group arrive together to ensure smooth entry.
  • You may be required to present photo identification matching the name on the booking or provide proof of purchase upon entry.

4. Event Cancellation

  • In the event that an event is cancelled by the organiser, promoter, or venue, the face value of the ticket (excluding booking fees) will be refunded.
  • Notification of any cancellation will be sent via email to the address used during booking.

5. Ticket Resale and Transfers

  • Tickets may not be resold for above face value. Any tickets found to be resold in violation of this policy will be cancelled and refunded to the original cardholder.
  • Ticket transfers are permitted for select events, subject to our Ticket Transfer Terms and Conditions.

6. Event Line-Up

  • The advertised line-up is subject to change without prior notice. Changes to the line-up do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.

7. Entry Conditions

  • The venue reserves the right to refuse entry in certain circumstances, including but not limited to: intoxication, suspected drug use, or behaviour deemed inappropriate by staff.
  • All attendees must be aged 18 or over, unless otherwise specified. Valid ID may be required upon entry.
